The coffee is ground and roasted at Joe’s Garage, located less than 2 miles from our factory. Overcast Sea Salt Truffle Bar: Crunchy toffee made in Woodinville, Washington and Pacific Sea Salt in creamy dark chocolate. The perfect blend of sweet and salty, this truffle bar boasts local Northwest ingredients, a smooth meltaway center. Sunny Salted Almond Truffle Bar: Large chunks of dry roasted almonds with a hint of sea salt in our classic rich dark chocolate, using Rainforest Alliance Certified™ cocoa.
